| Packing Instructions for Single Shipper/Warehouse Vertical Packs |
- Move cargo straps clear of deck.
- Slide (2) moveable clamping blocks (part 3) to extreme outward position.
- On each of the moveable clamping blocks, there are two width adjustment tangs. Slide these to their extreme outward position.
- Lower the frame onto approximate center of deck. If necessary, remove moveable clamping blocks as shown to allow for easier installation of the frame.
- Slide moveable clamping blocks inward to contact frame and secure to rails with (4) 3" drywall screws. For details see dado trusses/clamping block page.
- Slide width adjustment tangs inward to contact frame and tighten (4) bolts to secure.
- Place (2) corrugated scored sheets on the deck, up against the side rails, with the printed panel of each sheet on the outside.
- Secure the scored sheets around the base with squarehead nails.
- Locate (3) dado trusses on top of the frame, one approximately centered, and one at each end. Secure the scored sheets with squarehead nails into the ends of the wooden blocks
- Put cap in place.
- Secure cap with cargo straps. Refer to Cargo Strap Buckling Instructions.
