| Cargo Strap Buckling Instructions |

TO THREAD: With fastener in open position,
insert end of strap UP through slot in center of lever arm.
|
TO THREAD (continued): Push end of strap
DOWN through other slot in lever arm. Pull on other end of strap to TAKE UP
SLACK.

TO TIGHTEN: Pull lever arm forward and press to
flat position. If too much force is required to close, slacken strap slightly.
|
AFTER BUCKLE IS TIGHTENED: Insert cotter pin
through hole in side of buckle. Bend ends of cotter pin.
