  2. Place each end support onto the bolts at the ends of the base. Note the orientation as shown.
  3. Position the bay frame horizontally (on it's side) on the base.
  4. Secure the end supports to the base using 318" flat washer, lock washer and nuts. Tighten securely.
  5. Loosen the frame side locks on the end supports and butt tightly against the frame. Tighten securely.
  6. Loosen the top blocks on the end supports and butt tightly against the frame. Tighten securely.
  7. Use the bar nut and bolt in the vertical slot on the end supports to secure the frame to the end support. Tighten securely.
  8. Position the 4" x 12" plywood frame blocks and nail to the base with the #4 nails provided.
  9. Nail the center uprights onto the side rails. Note the matching notches on the uprights and rails.
  10. On smaller packs slide the one-pieced sleeve over the pack to rest on the runners. On larger packs bring the C-folds around the pack to rest on the runners.
  11. Place the wood blocks with cutouts on top of the frame. Note the location of the short block. Nail through the center uprights into the ends of the short block.
  12. Nail the cross brace onto the center uprights as shown.
  13. Using the squarehed nails provided, nail through the corrugated sleeve into the side rails, end supports and the ends of the long wood blocks.
  14. Place the top tray over the entire pack and secure by bringing the straps over the top and threading them through the buckles. Use the cotter pins provided to secure the straps.
